Jacquelin "Jackie" Joyce Hoog
December 27th, 1951 - July 30th, 2025
Jacquelin J. Hoog, 73, passed away July 30, 2025 after a long battle with cancer. Jackie was born December 27, 1951 to Col. Richard D. Reish and Gladys J. Farris in Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
Jackie is survived by: her husband, William R. Hoog; her brother Richard (Barbara) D. Reish; her sister Dr. Patricia ( James) Goff; her children: Erin Joyce, Nicholas Holiday, Katherine Kerns, John Hoog, and Kyle Hoog-White; her Whoodle, Zelda; her grandchildren: Nathan Holliday, Skyler Hoog, Tyler Hoog-White and Allison Kerns.
Jackie graduated from Narimasu High School in Japan and received her Bachelor of Science degree from NOVA Southeastern University. She achieved success in the telecommunications industry working for Paradyne, AT&T, Lucent and Avaya - retiring in 2005. She then worked as an educator, teaching in both the Manatee and Hillsborough County Schools until 2015. After her second retirement, she continued to travel the world and enjoy life with family and friends.
