Stella L. Lopez

Stella Louise Lopez, 65, of Greeley, CO passed away November 17, 2012 at Hospice of Northern Colorado. She was born August 4, 1947 in Phoenix, AZ to Albert and Carmen (Felix) Lopez. Stella was a homemaker and enjoyed baking, cooking, crocheting and especially spending time with her grandchildren. She always welcomed friends and family into her loving home. She was the best mom in the world and was loved and will be greatly missed. She is survived by daughters, Rebecca, Michelle and Carmen Alaniz; sons, Joe and Robert Alaniz all of Greeley; sisters, Sally Jaquez and Christina Orona; brothers, Joseph, Andrew and Steve Lopez all of Texas; 14 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters; one brother; and a granddaughter. Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday, November 20, 2012 followed by Funeral Service at 7 p.m., all at Trinity Assembly of God Church, 601 21st Avenue, Greeley.
