Helen Chandler, 87, passed from this life surrounded by her loved ones on Sunday, November 3, 2013 at the Meridian Idaho Saint Luke’s Medical Center. Helen was born to Paul Eckhardt and Mary Betz on December 3, 1925 in Greeley, Colorado. Helen married Oliver W. Chandler on December 14, 1944 in Greeley. They were blessed with two children, Larry Lee Chandler and Mary A. Chandler Culwell. Helen spent her life as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She is survived by her children, Larry L. Chandler (Sue) of Idaho & Mary A. Culwell (Doug) of Colorado; numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren and a great-great grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Chandler. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, November 8, 2013 at Adamson Chapel with interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Memorial Contributions may be made in Helen’s memory to "American Cancer Society” in care Adamson Funeral and Cremation Services 2000 47th Avenue, Greeley, CO 80634.
