Esequiel Sepeda

Esequiel Sepeda April 10, 1925 �" September 7, 2008 Age: 83 Residence: Commerce City, Colorado Tribute: Esequiel Sepeda was born in Corpus Christi, Texas to Belgrave and Clara (Gallegos) Sepeda. He grew up in Corpus Christi. He married Magdalena Martinez in Texas in 1943. Mr. Sepeda moved to Greeley in 1967 and lived here until moving to Commerce City in 2003 to live with his daughter, Norma. He was employed as a plumber for Kobel Plumbing & Heating for many years and also did side jobs in the Greeley area. Mr. Sepeda was an avid Colorado Rockies Fan. He had a great sense of humor, was a very kind person and a loving father and grandfather. He was a devout Christian and belonged to the Spanish First Baptist Church of Greeley. "Smokey” will be greatly missed. Mr. Sepeda died Sunday, September 7, 2008 at his residence in Commerce City. Survivors: His wife, Magdalena Sepeda of Evans, daughters, Norma Hinojos and husband Carlos of Commerce City, Tomasa Sepeda of Westminster, CO, Olga Aguirre and husband Moses of Greeley, Hortencia Alverado and husband Junior, Evanglina Cruz and husband Aldolfo all of Brown Field, Texas, Mary Aguilar of McCallen, Texas; sons, Rosendo Sepeda of Commerce City, Fernando Sepeda and wife Rebecca of Greeley, Fred Sepeda and wife Mary of Brown Field, Victor Sepeda and Roman Sepeda and wife Shandel all of Greeley. He is also survived by 205 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, John Sepeda and wife Tomasa of Greeley and a sister, Margaret Martinez of Post, Texas. He has a total of 215 living family members from six generations. Preceded in death by: His parents and one sister.
