Dorothy Connell Powers, 76, of Evans, CO passed away November 15, 2015 in Greeley. She was born November 22, 1938 in Hurricane, UT to Daniel and Agnes (Ashton) Connell. She was a mother and homemaker and very much loved by her children. She married the love of her life Fred "Jack” Powers on December 23, 1977. Dorothy is survived by her children, Miley J. Reeves, Malene Stoeckel, Lisa (Rex) Armstrong all of Greeley, Agnes (Thomas) Manley, Jr. of Easley, SC, Elizabeth Hoffman of Kersey, CO and Vanessa (Vince) Holland of La Salle, CO; her brother, William Connell of Newport, WA, she is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and son, Daniel W. Reeves; one sister and two brothers. Memorial service will be held at a later date at Fort Logan Nation Cemetery.
