November 26th, 1973 - November 30th, 2015
Diana Lynn Young, 42, of Greeley, CO passed away peacefully but unexpectedly on November 30, 2015, at her home. Diana was born in Salt Lake City, UT on November 26, 1973 to parents Ron Hoagland and Susan Anderson. She was the younger sister to Jennifer Hoagland, Heath and Shauna Hoagland Gallegos. Diana moved to Colorado in 2003. Diana enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, going fishing, rescuing animals, and traveling. She is survived by her husband, Troy Young; daughters, Aja and Darian Young; and son, Randall Young. She was predeceased by her father, whom passed away earlier this year. A memorial service will be held for her on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Adamson Funeral & Cremation Services, 2000 47th Ave, Greeley, CO, at 12 p.m. noon. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in her name to a pit bull rescue or animal shelter of your choice.
