Peter Anthony Pietrewicz, 75, of Lakewood, CO, passed away on December 8, 2023. He was born on April 21, 1948. Peter was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, survived by his son Brian Pietrewicz, daughter Lynn Bradley, granddaughters Amyaliera Minney and Kayaleah Bradley, grandson Jayden Pietrewicz and great-granddaughter Ava Guzman. He was preceded in death by his father Joseph Pietrewicz, mother Helen Pietrewicz, and brothers John Pietrewicz and Joseph Pietrewicz. Peter was a funny, kind, and positive individual, always putting his family first. He had a sharp mind and a logical approach to life. Peter's warm and loving nature was endearing to all who knew him. He had a special place in his heart for his girlfriend, Juana Ehlers. Peter served in the Air Force, where he honed his skills and developed a strong sense of duty. His military associations were an important part of his life, and they shaped him into the disciplined and dedicated person he became. Professionally, Peter had a successful career as a computer programmer and web designer. His expertise in these fields allowed him to contribute significantly to the technological advancements of his time. In his free time, Peter enjoyed outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, walking, bike riding, and exercising. These hobbies allowed him to stay active and connected with nature. A ceremony to honor and remember Peter will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at 9:30 am at Fort Logan Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to attend and pay their respects to this remarkable individual. Peter Anthony Pietrewicz will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
