Alexis Jane Warner
July 13th, 1946 - March 17th, 2019
Alexis (Lexie) Jane Warner was born July 13, 1946 in Fargo, North Dakota. She was born to Harold Joseph Perkins and Betty Jane Schander and was raised on the family farm. The family moved to Oregon in 1962. Lexie worked her way through the insurance industry for 37 years. Beginning as an agent's receptionist she was eventually managing the Northwest District Office for Alternative Risk Management. Lexie had three son; James Stephen Taylor II, David Allen Taylor, and Patrick John Taylor. She was blessed with three grandchildren (Jim & Heather Taylor); Molly Taylor, Spencer Taylor, and Lindy Taylor. She had six brothers and sisters: Michael Perkins of Springfield, OR; Charles Perkins of Forks, WA; Joe (Harold) Perkins II of Myrtle Point, OR; Kevin Perkins of Cottage Grove, OR; and Monica Evernden of Roseburg, OR. She was preceded in death by her sister Patricia Amauba. Services will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 9905 SW McKenzie St., Tigard, OR 97223 on Monday March 25, 2019 at 10:00am. Graveside services immediately following at St. Anthony Cemetery.
