Kenneth Dean Cline passed away unexpectedly on June 14, 2020 at his home in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was born in Colorado Springs on December 7, 1957 to William and Wanda Cline. Kenneth never used his first name; everyone called him Dean. Dean graduated from Mitchell High School in 1976. Through out the years he has achieved many different college degrees in the Criminology field, his last being his Masters from the Regis University. On May 19, 1990 Dean married his beloved wife, Kim. Together they had two children, Brandon and Stephanie. Dean was a dedicated father, husband, son, brother and grandfather. His life revolved around his family. Later in life Dean got the opportunity to go to the Philippines. There he met some great friends and learned the culture. Dean was a loving, caring, humbled and wonderful man. He was a great listener and gave his best and honest advice to anyone who asked or needed it. He was loved by everyone around him. One of his favorite quotes was "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery and today is an opportunity." Dean is survived by his father, Bill Cline (COS); a sister, Jeanne (WY); son, Brandon (COS); daughter, Stephanie (Shawn) Fick (COS); and the three grandchildren, Eric, Lucas and Abigail (COS). He was preceded in death by his wife, Kim Cline and his mother, Wanda Cline.
