Obituary Michael Blanton Michael J. Blanton passed at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado on January 22, 2018. He was born at Memorial Hospital on January 2, 1961 to Clifford & Carol Blanton. Michael attended West Middle School and graduated from Coronado High School as the schools first graduating class. Michael moved to Reno, Nevada and met his wife Shannon who he married on May 5, 1984. Shortly after the moved back to Colorado Springs and Mike got his HVAC degree. Michael then worked as an HVAC technician at The Broadmoor Hotel, also as apartment maintenance. Living in Colorado, Michaels favorite thing were fishing, camping, Eleven Mile and of course riding his Triumph Motorcycle. Michael is preceded in death by his father Clifford. He is survived by his mother Carol Ann; three brother Robert, Jeff and Huey. His former wife Shannon, many friends and extended Family. A Celebration of Mikes life will be at Cappadona Funeral Home, Saturday, February 24, 2017 at 10:00 am.
