Obituary Reynaldo "Ray" D. Padilla, 86, died November 16, 2014 in Peyton, CO. He was born July 8, 1928 in Taos, NM to Julio L. and Rebeca (Archuleta) Padilla. They moved to Colorado Springs in 1965 to work and raise their children. He worked for Western Forge as a tool machinist and mechanic. Along with being a loving husband and father, Ray loved to play his guitar, which he played to his children all of the time. He also shared his love of Western Movies and John Wayne with them. Other things he taught his children was wrestling with the boys, while the girls gave him pony-tails, with lots of barrettes, and penciled in his eye brows and sideburns! He also enjoys Fords, Lawrence Welk and Dancing. Oh how he loved to dance to his Mexican music!
