Christopher B. Montoya was born April 25, 1971 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and departed this life August 3, 2018 in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the age of 47. He worked as a union commercial carpenter and automotive service advisor. Chris had a great love for the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and camping. Chris is survived by his wife, Donna Marie Montoya; mother, Wilma J. Abril; brother, Joseph Abril; children, Cyril Lloyd Adams, Sr., Cheri M. (Andrew) Kessler, and Sloan N. (Kelsey) Soulia; and five grandchildren, Cyril, Serena, Axel, Vera, and Kelan. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Nora Vasquez; father, Cristobal Montoya; and sister, Suzanne McGraw.
