Gloria Lee Kraft

Gloria L. Kraft, an amazing mom, grandma, and great grandma, passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 95. Born in Oberlin, Kansas, Gloria and her family moved to Canby, Oregon in 1933, where she lived, worked and raised a family. Gloria was an active volunteer in her community and church and valued her connection to the Canby Community. Gloria married Paul Kraft on November 23, 1946, and together they had 3 daughters: Janel, Pamela, and Judy. Gloria and Paul were married for 40 years prior to his passing in 1985. She was an avid quilter and baker, and she showered her loved ones with handmade gifts and treats. Most of Gloria’s family knew her as Grandma Kraft – she enjoyed spending as much time as possible with her 8 grandkids and 21 great-grandkids (as well as a host of in-laws, whom she made feel like family). Gloria is survived by; her daughters, Janel and Judy, her sister Georgia Deetz, and a large family that loves and will miss her. She was preceded in death by; her brothers, LJ, Ronald, and Roger, and her daughter Pamela.
