Paula Diana Wills was born on April 5, 1946 in Fairfield, Illinois to Glenn H. and Freda Watson. She attended Fairfield High School, graduating in 1964. She continued her education at Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri, where she received a Bachelors of Christian Education degree in 1968. It was there that she met her husband of 51 years, Charles William Wills. They wed in 1967. Dianas greatest joy was to work with children. Throughout her career, any work she did was focused on children. She was a Childrens Minister in Olathe, Kansas where she had 160 children as her responsibility. She worked as a teachers aid at elementary schools in both Colorado Springs and Olathe, Kansas. She had the privilege of helping The Department of Human Services develop a program that assisted grandparents raising grandchildren. Diana leaves behind two children, Bradley Joel Wills and Sarah Joyce Wills of Colorado Springs, and a granddaughter, Taylor Anne Wills, also of Colorado Springs. She is also survived by a sister, Janice, who resides in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and a nephew, Scott Erik of Broken Arrow, OK. During most of her lifetime Diana enjoyed tennis, gardening and reading. She traveled extensively in the United States and Europe. At the center of her life was a deep commitment to her Christian faith.
