William Daniel "Danny" Aragon
March 8th, 1959 - January 7th, 2017
Obituary William "Danny" Aragon passed away on January 7, 2017 at home with his family. Danny was born on March 8, 1959 in Greeley, CO to William 'Bill' and Julia Aragon. He is survived by his siblings; Christy (Michael) Chavez, Lori (Philip) Jarvis and Dominic (Denise) Aragon. Danny is the oldest of the four children. He has 15 nieces and nephews, Valerie, Maria, Raymond, Rachael, Melissa, Amber, David, Joshua, Jeromy, Marquis, Lea, Ayla, Lorenzo, Ivy and Delilah, and preceded in death by one, Aaron; and has many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that loved him dearly. Danny worked at Goodwill Industries for 15 years. He was a participant of Goodwills Work Skills Development Program. He received the Goodwills 2006 Achiever of the Year award at an annual dinner at the Broadmoor. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Resource Exchange and enjoyed volunteering his time with the Memorial Health System. He enjoyed working with people and helping those in need. His perseverance and positive attitude is what made him so special. In his free time, Danny was part of an award-winning wheelchair bowling team. He has the trophies to prove it. He was an avid sports fan of the Denver Broncos, Colorado Buffalos, Colorado Rockies, Colorado Avalanche, and the Denver Nuggets. He loved to talk sports and update you on the current news. He loved to fish, camp and go to the mountains. He enjoyed getting outside and spending time with family.
