Loretta Marie Montano was surrounded by her family when she went to be with our Lord on March 22, 2022. She was born in Trinidad, Colorado on September 10, 1941 to Alfred Jacques and Cora Salazar. She is preceded in death by her parents Alfred and Cora; sons Edward Jr. and Alfred Montano; Grandson Jeremy Montano; great granddaughter Gianna Marie Gomez; sister Alice Vigil (Manuel Vigil) and Brother Silvero Gurule . She lived in Denver CO and is survived by her husband of 59 years Edwardo J. Montano; children Terry (Steven) Trujillo, Shelley (Mark) Marquez, Monica Sena and Dana Montano Daughter in law; 13 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren. Loretta was a devoted Christian who loved the Lord and instilled her faith in her family. She adored the quality time she spent with them and was a committed grandma and mom to all. She had a love for animals of all kinds and treasured her dogs. She was a fashionista and enjoyed her regular shopping trips. The best part of her day was dining out, and going for long drives with her honey (Ed). Her family described her as loving, caring, kind and a strong classy woman. She took pride in her family, their accomplishments and supported them in any way she could. She will be missed by all who knew andloved her.
