James "Wedo" Anthony Trujillo
October 24th, 1954 - August 14th, 2020
James "Wedo" Anthony Trujillo Sr. went to be with the Lord on August 14, 2020. He was born in Pueblo, Colorado on October 24, 1954 to Fidel P. Trujillo and Flora M. Montoya. He is preceded in death by his parents listed above; siblings Danny Trujillo and Larry Trujillo, as well as grandchildren Gracie Trujillo and Amer Trujillo; and mother-in-law Dora Aguirre. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Helen Aguirre Trujillo; children James Jr. (Jessica) Trujillo, Angelo (Sophal) Trujillo, David (Linda) Aguirre, and Alexis Trujillo; siblings Feldia Cortez, Roseanne Leyba, Rudy Trujillo, George (Patsy) Trujillo, Timmy Trujillo, Gerald (Yvonne) Trujillo, Lawrence Trujillo, Frank Trujillo, Darlene (John) Tolan, and Denise (Jim) Montoya; and 8 grandchildren. Wedo loved to fish, ride his bike, go to the casinos and rock out to oldies. During family BBQ's he was the King of the Grill. He loved to dance and at times was called "James Brown." His family described him as a very caring, gentle, fun loving and strong man who would do anything for anyone. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
