Johnny Pete Martinez, 60, of Pueblo, went to be with the Lord on September 3, 2022. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sally (Georgie Solano) Martinez. He is survived by his children, Johnette (Andres) Romero and Joel (Andria) Martinez; mother of his children, Cathy Martinez; grandchildren, Mya & Sonny Romero and Noel, Aubree, Layla, Brooke & Mikayla Martinez; father, Marty Martinez; sister, Annie Martinez; nephews, Ron (Sara) and Josh (Felicia) Martinez; special friend, Patty Espinoza; extended family and friends. Johnny was an avid fan of the Denver Broncos. He was also a "diamond collector" who enjoyed camping and fishing. He loved his old cars and loud music. More than anything he loved his family, especially all his grandkids. Johnny will be forever loved and deeply missed by all those he leaves behind to cherish his memory. Rosary, 6:00 PM. Friday, September 9, 2022, Sacred Heart Church, Avondale. Funeral Service, 9:30 am, Saturday, September 10, 2022, Romero Family Funeral Home, followed by Interment, Roselawn Cemetery.
