A graveside service will be held Friday, December 17, 2021, at 1:30 pm at Springfield Memorial Gardens. A reception will follow at VFW Post #3965, 5344 Main St., Springfield, Oregon. Mike was a lifelong hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed many trips with family and friends. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He enjoyed spending time with his fellow veterans at VFW Post #3965. He was preceded in death by his father, William Gale Hill; his mother, Amanda Louise Bendix; his brothers, Lester Hill and John Hill; his sister, Joan Derhak; his sister-in-law, Doris Hill. He is survived by his sons Shane Olsen, Matthew Hill, Daniel Hill; his sister-in-law Joyce Hill; and numerous nieces and nephews.
