Miraya Demetri Lozano
February 6th, 2002 - May 1st, 2017
Miraya Demetri Lozano passed away unexpectedly on May 1, 2017 at the age of 15 in Denver, Colorado. She was also known as Magdalana, Funks and Doo Doo Bear. She was born in Midland, Texas, the first of four children. She attended Thornton High School in Thornton, Colorado and was in the IB Program, Honor Roll and in College prep classes, winning several Academic Awards. She enjoyed reading, drawing, learning how to do tattoos, singing, music and shooting. She was loving and caring, and thought of others first, especially her little brothers. She was preceded in death by her great grandparents Mary Munoz and Evelyn Habersat, uncles; Jim Kelley, Bob and Frank. She is survived by her parents Mark & Christi Munoz. Her siblings; Markus, Gavin and Idalynne Munoz. Her grandparents; Norma Jean Kakac, Frank Flores, Mark & Rita Munoz and Sue Greiner. Her aunts and uncles; Munoz, Flores, Martinez, Elizalde, Greiner. Many other loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends Visitation will be at Romero Family Funeral Home, 4750 Tejon St. in Denver, CO on Thursday, May 11 at 4:00 P.M. with the Rosary to begin at 6:00 P.M. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, May 12th at Trujillo Creek Cemetery in Aguilar, Colorado. The family will gather at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Aguilar and then proceed to the graveside for the interment.
