Alfred Carlos Romero
August 2nd, 1951 - July 13th, 2023
Alfred “Carlos” Romero was born on August 2, 1951, in Santa Fe NM. He passed away peacefully after a hard-fought battle with aggressive cancer on July 13, 2023. Carlos served in the Navy for a short time, he then started maintenance where he spent most of his days until retirement. Carlos is survived by his 5 children. Monnick (Frank), Carlos, Julio, Chrysta (Ray) and Jeremiah (Jennifer) 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; Mother Claudia and Brother Marty and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in passing by his father Gilbert, Brother Leroy, and Juan. Carlos treasured spending time with family and friends, loving them all with his whole heart. He was an exceptional son, father, grandpa, brother, uncle, and friend. No words can ever do justice for the man Carlos was.
