July 5th, 1969 - September 16th, 2023
Maria A. Lopez (Melis) went to be with the Lord on Septemper 16, 2023. Melis was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. She is proceeded in death by her mother Guillermina (Geri) Jimenez and Father Robert L.Jimenez. She is survived by her daughter: Jessica Arredondo. She is also survived by three siblings: Veronica, Sonia and Lorenzo. Melis has seven nieces and nephews who she loved dearly: Jasmine, Christian, Crystal, Gabriel, Isabella, Lorenzo Jr. (L.J) and Matteo. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. A special thanks to Uncle Will for taking care of her. Melis was a devoted mother and sister. There was nothing that she wouldn't do for her daughter, she was her pride and joy. She loved to be surrounded by her family and enjoyed our gatherings. She was always there to help people in any way that she could day or night, she was that person you could call. She always knew what was going on and kept everyone informed. Melis will sure be missed by all who truley knew and loved her
