Dennis "Joe" Earl Lisle
September 12th, 1958 - July 27th, 2019
Dennis “Joe” Lisle, age 60 of King Hill passed away on July 27, 2019, at his home following an illness. Per Joes’s wishes, a celebration of Joe’s life will be held at the Rodeo Arena at the Elmore County Fairgrounds, on Saturday, September 14, 2019, at 11AM. Joe was born September 12, 1958, in Turlock, California, the son of James and Geraldine Lisle. He was very active in the Hilmar AG Busters, Youth Sports, 4-H and FFA. He loved to team rope plus working and showing his border collies. He was known as the tractor man at the barrel races and supported the kids with their sports and livestock animals. Joe always worked in the farming or ranching industry, but his true love was auctioneering. He went to school and graduated from WS Auctioneer School in 2001. His favorite type of sales, Farm/Ranch, 4-H & FFA Livestock Sales and Benefits. He moved to Idaho in 2004 where he became active in the fair board, and the youth livestock auctions. He was the auctioneer at the 4-H sales, plus he did many benefit auctions. Joe is survived by his wife Julie Lisle of King Hill, his brothers Clifford Lisle of King Hill, Randy Lisle of California and his sister Cathy Lisle of California. He also has 2 children James Lisle, of Wolfe Creek, Montana and Mindy Lisle of Turlock, California. Cremation under was under the care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Jerry’s career began more than fifty years ago in Boise, and along the way, he acquired an 1897 horse-drawn funeral carriage, which we proudly display in our facility....
