My Life Story Joann left us on a cold morning this December. She left many behind, husband, sons, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is sorry she did not have time to say goodbye. She will be missed by all both two legged and four. She has left on a long journey and with us all she will travel alone . Her time on this earth was 77 years 6 months and 5 days. Time well spent as a mother, cosmetologist, pilot, and caregiver to many kitties. The pain that remains will only be felt by the ones of us that are left behind, for Joann is now free from all memory and pain. Like many, Joann did not care to be viewed at this time, so it is with deep regret the service will be for family and close friends. Hopefully the grief will not last forever, however the memories will. Joann is survived by her husband of 56 years William, her sons: Scott and Jeffrey, sisters: Bonnie (Chuck) Black and Sandy Wanner, brothers: Gary (Lorraine) Hunemiller and Russell (Karen) Hunemiller, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, brother, David and brother-in-law, Walt Wanner. The family asks that donations be made in Joann’s name to Idaho Humane Society. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the Meridian Friends Church, 1021 W. Pine Ave, Meridian, followed by burial at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery at 2:00 PM. Remembrances may be left for the family at www.AccentFuneral.com.
