Carol Joan Welch December 13, 1932 – September 21, 2017 Carol Joan Welch was born to Albert and Nora Bradford in St. Paul Minnesota. She married Ray Welch in 1952 and they had two children. Carol and Ray farmed in Webster, Wisconsin and then moved their family to Oregon in 1967. They made their home in Molalla and loved it here. Carol is proceeded in death by her husband Ray, two brothers and her sister. Survivors are her children, Judy Thelander (Jerome) of Molalla, Oregon and Joe Welch (Gloria) of Vancouver Washington; grandchildren, Heather Sowa (Nick), Brian Thelander (Jessi), Josie Kellar (Dustin) and Danielle Welch (Nate). Carol also has 11 precious great-grandchildren. On September 21 Carol passed away peacefully in hospice care with her family by her side. At her request her ashes will be scattered in the Cascade Foothills.
