Ava was a straight A student at CHS where she also played violin in orchestra and started as a guard for the JV girls’ basketball team. Ava has a strong faith in God and was preparing to celebrate the holy sacrament of Confirmation at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in May. She also shared her strong belief in the Sanctity of Life. Ava is also a huge Harry Styles fan and taught herself to play several of the musician’s songs on the piano. She was beautiful, multi-talented and wise beyond her years. Ava was born December 11, 2004 in Boise and left us for Heaven on May 7, 2020. She is survived by her mother, Kim; father, Patrick, and older sister, Lily all from Boise. She will be missed terribly by her close friends and loving family, including her grandparents, aunts and uncles and cousins. In lieu of flowers, an Ava Louise Sawyer Memorial Fund for Life is being set up to help support her wishes. Checks can be written to Centennial High School and mailed or dropped off at 12400 W. McMillan Rd., Boise, 83713 with Ava Sawyer Memorial Fund written in the memo. St Marks Boise

A local landmark in Meridian, Accent Funeral Home has been serving the community since 1986. The business was first established with a vision to offer services in a comfortable, homelike atmosphere. The Accent Funeral Home holds a special relationship with the Meridian community and is sensitive to the area’s changing needs, providing service and friendship to comfort those we serve....
