Olin Carl Stark, 70, of Caldwell, went to be with his Lord and Savior Saturday, January 19, 2013. He was born April 8, 1942 in Crowley, Colorado to Sylvia E. and William F. Stark. When he was about 2 years old, the family moved to St. Maries, ID. In 1956, they moved to Caldwell. Olin joined the Navy in 1960, and was very proud to have served for a little over 4 years. Olin met Alicia Munson and they were married March 26, 1965. Not able to have children, they adopted Shelley in 1970 and Corey in 1972. He worked at Amalgamated Sugar Co. in Nampa for 22 years, and also worked at Hewlett-Packard. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Charlie Earl Stark. He is survived by his wife Alicia, several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. A viewing will be held Thursday, January 24, 2013 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM, at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, for Olin’s friends and family. Funeral services for Olin will be held Friday, January 25, 2013, at 2:00 PM at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Diabetes Assoc. or a charity of your choice. Service Information
