Carol Joyce Watson, 74, of Caldwell, formerly of Homedale, passed away May 14, 2018 at her home. A memorial service for family and friends will be held Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses 114 E. Elm St. Caldwell, ID 83605.
