Theodore "Ted" Duncan
August 8th, 1930 - February 24th, 2010
Theodore Allen Duncan Jr., 79, of Marsing, Idaho, formally of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Died on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at home of natural causes. A Memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. Concluding services will be at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery with military honors at 3:00 PM. Theodore was born in Portland, Oregon on Sept 8, 1930 to Theodore & Helen Duncan. He graduated from H.S. in Everett, WA in 1948. Ted joined the US Air Force in 1951 and would serve faithfully for 20 years. During his service he was in the Korean & Vietnam Wars. In 1956 he married Wilma Gimlin in New Jersey, and from this union they would have five children. They later divorced in 1961. Ted loved to fish, cook, and work puzzles. He is survived by his brothers: Don & Hilda Duncan, Mel & Mergoirig Choate Duncan, a sister, Rose Duncan, sons: Robert & Kathy Duncan, Ralph Duncan, Grandchildren: Robbie Duncan, Josh & Kay Duncan, Dina & Ryan Hembree, great grandchildren: Sierra, Skyla, Tyler, and soon to be Conner. Friends: Chantyrose Duncan, Tom & Nevella Cahill. Ted is preceded in death by brother, Robert, his parents, twin daughters, a son. He'll be greatly missed by his family. Service Information
