Amelia Amador, 65, of Parma, passed away Thursday, Nov. 6, 2008 at a Caldwell hospital. A Vigil Service with prayer of the Rosary will be held at 6:00pm on Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2008 at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. A Mass of Catholic religion will be held at 10:00AM Thursday, Nov. 13, 2008 at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, Caldwell followed by a graveside service and burial at the New Plymouth Cemetery. Amelia was born September 22, 1943 in Carns City, Texas to Vicente and Carolina Amador. She was a home school coordinator for the Parma School district for 21 years. She is survived by her daughter, Jamie Amador; her son-in-law, Ramiro Malacara; her grandchildren, Lluvia, Devany and Omar Malacara of Parma; her sisters, Armandina Ortivez of Caldwell, Aurora Amador of Caldwell and Angie Banda of Parma and numerous nieces and nephews. Amelia will be welcomed into heaven by her parents, Vicente and Carolina, her brothers Abelardo, Amado, and Robert and her sisters Amanda and Anna. Amelia will be carried to her final resting place by Ramiro Malacara, Kyle Harmon, KJ Toombs, Fred Ramirez Jr., Rene Perez, Roy Perez, Damien Perez, Eric Perez, Abel Ortivez and Joey Ortivez. The family would like to ask for your help with funeral expenses. Donations may be made directly to the Flahiff Funeral Chapel, P.O. Box 726 Caldwell, 83606 in Amelia Amadors name. We would also like to thank everyone who has helped. She is greatly loved and will be missed by all who knew her. Service Information
