Alejandro Lopez
April 15th, 1960 - February 28th, 2017
Alejandro "Alex" Lopez Jr. 56 of Caldwell, Idaho was welcomed home on Tuesday the 28th of February to join his heavenly father. Alex was born on April 13, 1960 in McAllen, Texas to Alejandro and Caritina Lopez, Alex was the first of 4 siblings, attended Vallivue High School and graduated from Wilder High School where he was well known for his athletic abilities, infectious smile & dimples. In 2007, Alex married the love of his life, Teresa (Ellis) Lopez where they blended their family with Teresa's 3 boys and Alex's 3 boys. Alex worked at SSI in Wilder Idaho for 20 years before succumbing to medical issues that curtailed his employment. Alex is survived by his three sons, Guillermo Alejandro Lopez of San Antonio, Texas; Ricardo Lopez of Austin, Texas; Fabian Baez Lopez of Homedale, Idaho. 3 stepsons Tiler Matthew Childress, Kodey Andrew Childress & Branden Austin Childress. 2 Brothers; Jose L Lopez of Wilder, Idaho; Daniel Lopez of Wilder, Idaho ,1 nephew Isaac Lopez, 4 Aunts, 4 Uncles, 27 first cousins & 34 2nd cousins. Alex is preceded in death by his grandparents Juan & Demetria Puga and his sister Natividad Andrea Lopez. Recitation of the Rosary and service will be under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel Tuesday at 7pm in Caldwell, Idaho, Reception to follow at Golden Gate Baptist Church in Wilder, Idaho.
