Linda Anne Wheeler, 73, of Caldwell, died peacefully at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho at 9:59 p.m. on November 3, 2014 as a result of a car accident. Born on October 13, 1941, she was the daughter of Anna and Oren Winslow, predeceased, from Greenleaf, Idaho. She was the sister of A.C. Winslow and the sister-in-law to his wife Linda Winslow. Linda had many friends who loved her and will greatly miss her. She lovingly cared for her family and worked for years at the Idaho State Hospital, where she retired. She is remembered for her sense of humor, her generosity and her ability to help and serve during times of need. She is survived by two sons, Tony Wheeler and his wife Stacey, of Haviland, KS and Richard Wheeler of Greenleaf, ID. She is survived by three grandchildren, Isaac Wheeler, Adele (Wheeler) Brown and her husband Shane Brown and Audrey Wheeler. She had one great-grandchild, Amelia Grace Brown. Linda Wheeler also leaves behind nieces and nephews, John, Tamra, Mark, Beth, Thomas and Chelsea. Memorial services will be held at Greenleaf Friends Church on November 6, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. and she will be laid to rest at a private family burial in Greenleaf Cemetery on November 7, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Linda Wheeler's name to Greenleaf Friends Academy to further their important cause of educating and training young students in a Christian environment.
