Vermeda B. Billing¬ton was born February 17,1916 in Dodge City, Kansas and went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 15,2014 at Northern Nevada Medical Center. She was a member of the Caldwell Church of the Nazarene. She had many interests in life which included fishing, camping, hiking and backpacking,(which she did for the American Heart Association several times.) She was a Licensed Practi¬cal Nurse and worked for St.Lukes for several years. She also worked in several of the nursing homes in the area and for the Idaho State School and Hospital. She was a cancer survivor. She spent the last 5 years of her life in Nevada with her daughter. She was preced¬ed in death by her father, Austin J. Terhune mother, Bessie B. Terhune and her loving husband, Donald Billington. She is survived by a son, David (Dianne) Bil¬lington, a daughter, Sheryl (John) Rice, two grandsons, Paul (Christy) Young, Wade Young, Great grandson, Cody Young and Cousins, Larry (Carole) Woolery and Clifford (Virginia) Woolery. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 24, 2014 at the Star Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. Service Information
