Iris Margaret Parker
July 8th, 1918 - November 5th, 2018
Iris Margaret Parker, of Homedale, passed away on November 5, 2018 at the age of 100 in Caldwell at Autumn Winds Assisted Living. She was born on July 8, 1918 in Lodi, California to Elbert and Margaret Haynes. She graduated from Melba High School. Iris married Forrest Parker, and they settled in Homedale. Iris worked for Richard Eisemann Law Office for 35 years. Iris was a member of the Mount Calvary Lutheran Church in Homedale. She enjoyed bowling, was a fabulous cook and enjoyed family and children. She had a great sense of humor and was always fun to be around. Iris and Forrest enjoyed several years filled with wonderful memories at the cabin in Crouch with good friends, Marvin and Anita Hill and neighbors, Dee and Bill Maxwell. In her later years, Iris moved into Autumn Winds Assisted living in Caldwell, Idaho. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Forrest; infant daughter, Donna Carol; sisters, Virginia and Eleanor. There will be a celebration of Iris’s life held at a later date.
