November 21st, 1930 - February 28th, 2019
Maria DeValle Solis was born on November 21, 1930 to Leandra Medrano DeValle and Carlos DeValle in Alamo, Texas. She passed away February 28, 2019 surrounded by her family that she loved dearly. Maria married Luis Solis on April 15,1949 and had 13 kids. She made her home in Caldwell, Idaho. She loved being outside gardening and was very active. She loved celebrating with and being surrounded by friends and family. Maria is survived by her two sisters Genoveva DeValle Villarreal, and Guadalupe DeValle Bernal from Texas. As well as Three brothers Jose DeValle, Carlos DeValle and Augustin DeValle also from Alamo, Texas. Maria is also a survived by her children Armando Solis, Irma Solis Morales, María Luisa Solis, Humberto Solis, Anita Solis Valenzuela, Ofelia Solis, Luis Jr Solis, Celia Solis, Sylvia Solis, and Fernando Solis. She is preceded in death by her son Jose Luis Solis, her husband Luis Solis and her son Javier Solis and her sister Juanita DeValle Rico . Her dog Blacky was a big part of her life as she loved him dearly. Maria had so many grand children and great grand children and is missed by everyone who had the pleasure of meeting her, she was a loving mom, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend. We won’t say goodbye but see you later in heaven. Fly with the Angels.

Today, we continue their mission of providing the finest quality services to all families of the Treasure Valley. Many changes have taken place over the years, including the addition of the Homedale Chapel in 1964. In 1984, Flahiff Chapels expanded its facility with the addition of Canyon and Owyhee County’s first crematory....
