Fred Wesley Smart
September 23rd, 1926 - February 19th, 2020
Fred passed away peacefully on February 19, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Stella, two sisters,Wilma and Edna, and two sons, Fred Steven and Dan Wesley. Also an adopted daughter Francis Charlene. He is survived by his wife Peggy, his brother Floyd, three sons, a daughter,and an adopted daughter. They are Richard Eldon, Darwin Lynn, and Phillip Dean,and Lisa Ropp and Judy Carroll. Fred was a self employed housing contractor, specializing in plaster, stucco, sheetrock and tile. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, playing his guitar and singing, and building things. At Fred’s request, there will be no formal services. Cremation was completed by Flahiff Funeral Chapels.
