Delia Gonzalez passed away peacefully on June 21, 2023 surrounded by family and friends. She was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for her family. She loved crocheting and embroidering. She enjoyed caring for her household plants and her roses. She enjoyed visiting a casino once in a while and playing Black Jack. She loved listening and dancing to Tejano and Mexican music occasionally tipping a few drinks while socializing with family and friends. She was a wonderful mother who was always there when she was needed. She was the type of person who was always willing to help out and often offered to give her own shirt off her back to help. She was truly loved and will be dearly missed. Preceded in death by her mother, Maria, her father, Doroteo, five brothers and five sisters. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Noe Gonzalez, her children, who made up the entirety of her world, Doroteo, Emilia & her husband Adolfo, Jesus & his wife Olivia, Maria, and Noemi & Juan, a sister, Morena from Texas, a brother, Nasario from Texas, 14 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends
