Anthony DeRose

Anthony DeRose, 85, of Wilder, Idaho passed Sunday, October 15, 2023 in Meridian, Idaho. He was born September 1, 1938 in Manteca, California to Victor Joseph and Margaret Camelio DeRose. Tony loves hunting and fishing, loves running his hunting dogs. He and his wife of 40 years, Irene, owned River View Iris Gardens near Greenleaf and grew over 10,000 varieties of irises that they shipped worldwide. In 1999, they started creating their own hybrids, with the first being "River of Dreams". Tony loved his Wife very much, he was always looking for the next adventure, always wheeling and dealing, looking for the next great deal. He is survived by his children, Tim DeRose, Robert DeRose, Louise DeRose, Karen DeRose, Barbara Sargenti, John, Rosendo, Andres, and Robert De La Rosa, His Grandson Louis DeRose was always there for Irene and him. They had 26 grand children, and many great grandchildren. He will be miss by all.
