Jimmy Mack Waters

Jimmy Mack Waters, 82, of Marsing, Idaho, died Monday, July 2, 2018 of complications following an unfortunate car accident, surrounded by his loved ones he went peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior and to await the joyous reunion we are all promised. Jimmy was a beloved husband to Virginia Mae Waters for 60 years and together they raised 12 children, 9 boys and 3 girls and grew in their faith and their relationship with the Lord. The adult children and their families are as follows in order of their birth: Dan Waters, his son Brent and Sacha Waters, Monty and Cindy Waters and their children, Allen and Gracie Waters and their children, Sharon and Barry Rowe and her children, Carl and Jennie Waters and their children, Andy and Tammy Waters and their son, Benjamin and Gerrie Waters and their children, Jesse and Tammi Waters and children, Chris and DeeDee Waters and their children, Matt and Amanda Waters and their children, Christal and Wade Parker and their children, Joyanna and Will Webb and their children. He was a simple, old fashioned man, humble and down to earth- coffee in one hand and the KJV Bible in the other, he lovingly tried to share the word and love of God and tried his best to walk the straight and narrow path. He was in the army before he was married would often speak about the pound cakes his mother sent to him and the comradery of his fellow soldiers. He leaves behind a very large family, and “Pops” will be greatly missed by all of us. We will cherish the memories and time we spent with him here on this earth and look forward to when we all can be reunited again. REV. 21:4 And God shall wipe away all the tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be anymore pain: for the former things are passed away. A viewing for family and friends will be held Sunday, July 8, 2018 from 6:30-8:00pm at Flahiff Funeral Chapel in Homedale. A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 10:00am at Wilder Cemetery in Wilder, Idaho.
