God called loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-great grandfather, Robert J. Hartzell age 79, of New Plymouth, home on Saturday, February 24th, 2018 in Ontario, OR. A viewing will be on Thursday, March 1st, 2018 at the Assembly of God Church, New Plymouth, Idaho from 4 until 8 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 2nd, at the Assembly of God Church, New Plymouth, Idaho at 2:00 pm. Pastor Kip Mitchell will officiate. Condolences may be made to Robert's family at www.shaffer-jensenchapel.com. Funeral services are under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, New Plymouth. Robert (Bob) Hartzell was born July 2nd, 1938 to Robert Forest and Dema Mae Hartzell in Watonga, Oklahoma. Robert (Bob) loved to spend time with his family, loved hunting and his true love Crappie fishing. He was a wonderful man, gave his all to his family and will be greatly missed. Survived by his beautiful wife, Marriah Jane Hartzell, married in 1955 residing in New Plymouth, Idaho. Daughter Joyce Rainey, husband Nathan Rainey residing in Emmett Idaho. Daughter Kathy Kembel, husband Jeff Kembel residing in New Plymouth, Idaho. Son Robert Cheyenne Hartzell, wife Jeannette Hartzell residing in New Plymouth, Idaho. Son James Hartzell, wife Lynn Hartzell residing in New Plymouth, Idaho 13 grandchildren: Brandon Hartzell, Robert Anthony Hartzell, Joshua Kembel, Beth Petersen, Stephanie Slone, Michelle McKinney, Corinna Ewing, Rachel Cortez, Joshua Hartzell, Cheyenne Hartzell, Jacob Hartzell, Misty Reynolds, and Jessica Doramus. 39 great grandchildren + baby Sophia due in April. 2 Great-great grandchildren.
