Charles Vernon McFarland

Charles Vernon McFarland returned to the arms of the Lord on December 9, 2019 in Ontario, Oregon surrounded by loved ones. He was born on September 25, 1936 to William and Jessie McFarland in Corcoran, California and graduated from Corcoran High School. Following graduation, he joined the United State Airforce. After serving his country proudly he married the love of his life, Eunice and raised 2 beautiful girls. One would best find him on the water or behind a rifle. He loved to fish for just about anything, but boy those green and brown fish were the best. He spent countless hours with a rod in his hand. It was easy to say he believed the only thing that a rod couldn't fix, the cross hairs of his riffle could. The sight of a buck or the cadence of a bull elk on a hill side would always make him smile. Chuck is survived by his wife, 2 daughters, Rebecca and Marjorie, 4 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
