Randall Franklin Bishop
December 6th, 1937 - March 26th, 2019
Randall F. "Randy" Bishop, 81 of Fruitland, ID and Pennsylvania, passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2019. Randy was born Dec. 6, 1937 in Ontario, OR to Lawrence and Maude Bishop. He attended grade school to the 6th grade in Ontario until his parents moved to Fruitland, ID where Randy graduated from High School. After graduation, he attended prep school and then the Naval Academy, graduating in 1961. After the Navy, Randy worked for Hercules Powder Company until founding and operating Quint Corporation until his retirement. Randy divided his time between Pennsylvania and Idaho. He is survived by five daughters, Michelle Dell, Kimberly Koch, Karli Meyer, Kelly Bird and Kara Bishop all of Chadds Ford, PA; his sister Grahyl Johnson of Payette, ID; and seven grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, April 3rd at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Fruitland. A graveside service with Military Honors will follow at Rosedale Memorial Gardens, Payette. Services and arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette.
