Sherryl Maria Robertson Kenney

Sherryl Maria Kenney, 60, of Fruitland, passed away Sept. 2, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 8th at Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette. Interment will follow at Park View Cemetery, New Plymouth. Services and arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette. Condolences may be made to Sherryl's family at www.shaffer-jenenchapel.com. Sherryl was born Jan. 29, 1952 to James David and Martha May (Gillette) Robertson in Pomona, CA. She married Mike Kenney on Dec. 24, 1991 in Caldwell, ID. She worked at Bank of the Cascades as a teller at the time of her death. Sherryl loved her family and she enjoyed doing many things; cooking, dancing, camping, fishing, and being in the mountains. Sherryl loved holidays and loved cooking for the holidays; she and her mother sometimes would cook for two days before the holiday. Sherryl loved all animals but preferred dogs more than cats. Sherryl is survived by her husband, Mike Kenney; her mother, Martha Robertson; two sons, Joseph Naughton of Payette and Bill Kenney of Nampa; four brothers, Douglas Edward Frieze of Portland, OR, Randy Lee Robertson of Ontario, OR, Richard Floyd Robertson of Fruitland, and James Christopher Robertson of Portland, OR; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren; one niece and one nephew.
