Travis Earl Holland, passed away in Caldwell Idaho on Sunday, July 2, 2023 at the age of 44. He was born on September 17, 1978 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He resided in Oklahoma until 1992, when he moved to Nampa, Idaho. Travis attended Valleyview High School where he graduated in 1997. He studied at Northwest Lineman College in 2002 and went on to become a Journeyman Lineman until he was injured. Later he partnered with a friend to open Skin Deceptions Tattoo Studio in Boise, Idaho from 2011 to 2017 where he owned and operated it. Travis traveled down a long and arduous road, including stage 4 cancer. As a young boy. Travis started his love of sports by playing football and baseball. He became die hard Buffalo Bills fan. Travis had a love for life and could be found dancing and singing to all types of music. His jokes and contagious laughter would light up a room. His kind heart and gentle soul was shown through his love for his sons, Corbyn, Gaige, and his mother Carla. The love of his life, Holly and her children, his family, and animals, especially his pal Jordy. He was fiercely loyal and protective to those closest to him. Travis had a love for the outdoors and his father’s 57 Chevy. Travis will be loved and missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his two sons, Corbyn Holland and Gaige Holland of Boise, Idaho; father, Billy Holland of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; Mother, Carla Rae (Brian) Ross of Caldwell, Idaho; grandmother, Sharon Rae of Council, Idaho; sister Kimi Holland of Caldwell, Idaho; sister, Amber Knecht of Coweta, Oklahoma; brother Josh (Amy) Kunerth of Nampa, Idaho; nephew, Asher Ndayishimiye of Coweta, Oklahoma. Travis is preceded in death by his great grandmother, Ellen Baker; grandmother, Claudette Neisinger; grandfather Noah lee Rae; Step-grandmother, Carol ann Rae; Step-father, David James Kunerth; Step -mother Vickie Holland; Nephew Devyn Wayne Shoemaker. Funeral services were held on Tuesday July 11, 2023 at Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel in Payette. Interment followed at Park View Cemetery in New Plymouth, Idaho.
