Jeff Overstreet Jeff Overstreet, 89 passed way October 3, 2014 in Eugene, OR from cancer. Jeff was born Dec. 4, 1924 in Marlow, OK to John Franklin and Lilly Florence Overstreet. Jeff was the youngest of eleven children. Jeff served in the US Navy during World War II. He married Arline Joyce Williams in 1958. She preceded him death 2004. Jeff served many years in law enforcement, and in 1960 he started Kopper Kart Catering in Bakersfield, CA. Jeff and Arline moved to Blue River, OR in 1985. Jeff married Lois Izett in 2013. He is survived by wife Lois Overstreet of Eugene, daughters Janet Golly of Coos Bay and Terri Leezer of Florence, OR, six grandchildren and eight-great grandchildren. His eldest daughter Lynda Golly preceded him in death in 2006. Celebration of Life will be held at Garden Way Retirement Community, 175 S. Garden Way, Eugene, OR, Oct. 19th at 2:30 pm.
