Vanessa Christine Medina (Sesa) passed away peacefully on April 4, 2024. She was born February 26, 1977, and resided in Commerce City, CO.
She will be remembered by her sons Daniel & Christopher, two Grandsons (Alonzo & Lorenzo), parents Sylvia Medina & Max Sanchez, Brothers & Sisters, Nephews/Nieces, Godchildren, Uncles/Aunts, Cousins and her dog, Lady. She was preceded by death of her Grand Mother, Christine and many others.
She was a loving woman with a heart of gold. Everyone will embrace her ability to love, protect and honor pure friendship. She also went by the name of Lady V and earned the respect & love she deserved.
