Rosemary Haines (Dickerson) of Caldwell, ID formally of Idaho Falls, ID went to go be with the Lord March 7, 2024.

Rosemary was born August 31, 1940, in Decatur, Illinois to Lloyd Dickerson and Mary Helen Hiser.

She moved with her mother and Brother to Las Vegas, Nevada in her early teens.  It was in Las Vegas that she met Kenneth Everett Haines. They were married on October 12, 1967. They lived in Las Vegas for a few years then work took them to Florida and eventually to Idaho Falls where Rosemary resided until the passing of her husband Ken Haines.  She then moved to Caldwell, ID to be closer to her son, Matthew Haines.

Rosemary worked for many years in Las Vegas at Nellis Air Force Base and then at the INEL Laboratory in Idaho Falls which is where she retired.

Rosemary loved to Garden, Camp and Fish.  She was a master gardener and gained her love for gardening from her Grandparents in Illinois whom she spoke highly of.

Rosemary always had interesting stories from her time living in Las Vegas.  We loved to listen to the stories and what it was like during the 50’s and 60’s.

Rosemary and Ken went on many camping trips throughout the western and southwestern states.  They both loved the adventures of camping and really enjoyed their time together.  Fishing was a great past-time while camping.  Rosemary said the best thing about fishing was finding a nice quiet place and having a good book to read while she waited for the fish to bite.  One of her favorite places to camp was on the Yankee Fork River up near Stanley, ID.

Rosemary is preceded in death by her parents and her Husband Kenneth Everett Haines.

She is survived by her Son Kenneth Matthew Haines (Jody), her Brother Tom Dickerson (Debbie) many nieces and nephews, 3 Step Daughters, Debbie Jorgenson (Roy), Krista Scarborough (Scar)  and Lisa Sommers (Patrick), and their children.
