John Gregory Carothers, 54 died April 10th while in Medical Hospice at Riverbend Hospital following a very long struggle with alcoholism.
Greg was born in Eugene on July 8th, 1969, to Wally and Janet Carothers. He is survived by his two sons, Tanner, and Brady of Portland Oregon. His sister Molly of Redding and his brother David (Holly) of Coburg. He is also survived by his parents, his father Wally and stepmother Mimi of Eugene and his mother Janet of Stockton. Gregs stepfather George Tollang predeceased him a year ago.
Greg had many friends and family members that cared about him and loved him; however, a service or celebration of life to honor him has not been planned at this time.
