Jean Marie Summer died April 28, 2014. She was 53. She was born November 26, 1960, in Hamilton, Mont., to Phyllis Ann and Murl Leon VanWinkle. She married Brian Summer August 9, 1991. She grew up in Spanaway, Washington and graduated from Bethel High School. She dedicated her life to raising her family. She loved gardening and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of the Long Branch Social Society. She is survived by her husband, Brian Summer; sons, Jonathon Hudgins, Justin VanWinkle and Jason Summer; daughters, Nina Summer and Katrina Farley; father, Murl VanWinkle; brothers and sisters, Bill Ford, Ruth Miller, Sandy Farmer, Don VanWinkle, Cheryl Schneider, David VanWinkle, Tony VanWinkle and Mike VanWinkle. And 11 grandchildren. A Memorial will be held at 12 pm on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at the family home Arrangements entrusted to Molalla Funeral Chapel. Memorial Contributions may be made to St Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
