Ann Stirling age 91 died in Eugene, Oregon on March 22, 2013. She was born in Dorum, Germany on June 7, 1921 to Karl & Anna (Mangels) Icken.A Celebration of Life is planned for Friday, April 19th at 3:00 PM at Solvang Retirement, 1202 Jacobs Dr., Eugene 97402.Ann married Thomas George Stirling on December 15, 1961 in Corvallis, Oregon. He died February 2, 2010.She was a homemaker, working on her farm outside of Eugene. She had a love for animals, especially her horse's and dogs. Loved to read mystery novels, was an artist, enjoyed hiking and was an avid outdoors woman. She loved her retirement days at Solvang and enjoyed her friends and family.She is survived by a son, Jorg Fleige of Suison City, California and many nieces and nephews. Four sister-in-laws and three brother- in-laws. One grandchild and one great grandchild.She was preceeded in death by her husband, Thomas.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
